Total Fees from $65 including travel.

NOTARIAL ACT FEES

Fees to perform each individual Notarial Act
$10/per act
- Attest Signatures
- Individual Acknowledgement
- Representative Acknowledgement
- Administer Oaths or Affirmations
- Certify copies of documents
Note: Valid Identification Documents are required to positively identify each client or witness. Acceptable ID documents include: any DMV issued ID card or driver license, US passport or passport card, officially recognized passport of a foreign country, US military ID, Tribal ID.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) *No Travel Fees*
$25/Per act *
*A $30 session fee applies to each RON session. {$55 total] This session fee includes 30 minutes of document preparation and live time on the online signing platform. Multiple documents, multiple signers, additional witnesses or lengthy documents may require more preparation and signing time. Additional time incurs a fee of $5.00/ per 10-minute extension.
Note: Valid Identification Documents are required to positively identify each client or witness.
